Description

Provide technical support to customers in the CNC division, ensuring optimal machine performance and application.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales team to present technical demonstrations and support pre-sales activities.

Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment.

Provide CNC technical expertise and support to help customers effectively utilize products and services to improve their applications and processes.

Work closely with the sales team, you will build strong customer relationships, identify value-added growth opportunities, and drive increased adoption of solutions.

Develop and present contents of scheduled programming classes to both internal and external customers.

Support training and/or coaching of internal and external customers in relation to advanced manufacturing concepts and full product lines.

Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.

Profile

A strong background in machining and manufacturing processes, with a focus on operational efficiency.

Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process design and optimization.

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards applicable to manufacturing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $110000 to $125,000 USD annually.
