Pay
$32.00–$38.00 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines for new parts, focusing on high-precision and complex components.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance machining operations, reduce waste, and optimize cycle times.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and successful job completion.
- Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues.
- Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Support safety, 5S, and quality standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam (a plus).
- Experience with 3-axis programming and operation.
- Skilled in setup and operation of 3-axis machines.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
