Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Ability to work with a diverse population, including Hispanic patients and residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
