About the role
Provides care to the residents as established in the management's policies and procedures. The Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) must possess comprehensive knowledge of good resident care practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to residents following established policies and procedures.
- Assist residents who are partially or totally dependent with daily activities.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to fifty pounds and rotating residents as needed.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
- Passed competency examinations for Certified Nurse Assistant.
- Good physical and mental health.
