As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, including long-term care and therapy for young individuals with neurological impairments.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
