About the role

The CNA/Transporter is an excellent opportunity for supporting comprehensive health care services. Assisting with basic nursing care and providing safe and timely transport of patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility, this role allows for our health care services to run fluently and efficiently. As a Transporter at MultiCare, you will collaborate with the entire nursing staff, hone your decision-making capacities, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care as directed by RN/physician
• Provide assistance to units by cleaning equipment and stocking supplies
• Implement a service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacities
• Effectively prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to work duties

Requirements

• Current Washington State CNA or MA license
• Current BLS Certification
• One (1) year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Pay

The pay scale is $22.64 - $34.46 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
