CNA Subacute Unit

About the role

Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Generations Healthcare facility, has opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in our 180-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehab and long-term care, including a Subacute unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and service to residents in a skilled nursing and subacute setting.

Requirements

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.

Pay

$28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2 per hour differential for PM and NOC shifts.

Schedule

Full-time PM (afternoon) and NOC (night) shifts available.
