About the role

This position provides direct care to residents in a long‑term care setting, assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Provide compassionate care.
• Accurately document activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required.

Pay

• Base pay: $22.41–$28.18 per hour.
• Night shift differential: $7 per hour.
• Eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $4,000 (subject to terms and conditions).

Schedule

• 80 hours per pay period.
• Shift: 10 PM–6:30 AM.
