Responsibilities
- Monitor and report signs of infection and changes in vital signs
- Assist with lifting, transferring, positioning, and mobility
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and grooming support
- Check residents regularly and respond to call lights promptly
- Observe and report skin issues to prevent pressure ulcers
- Support positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Requirements
- Valid CNA License in Tennessee
- 6 months of similar experience in senior living
- Naturally compassionate approach to service
