CNA - Senior Living

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing person-centered care to residents, supporting their dignity and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, transferring, and mobility.Support residents during dining, including escorting, serving, feeding, and meal cleanup.Perform housekeeping tasks such as bed making, laundry, trash removal, and room cleaning.Lead and support life enrichment activities, encouraging participation in programs and outings.Monitor and record vital signs and weights as required.Participate in training and educational sessions; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills State Certification as a Nursing Assistant, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.Preferred two years of relevant healthcare experience.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.Proficiency with electronic records and office equipment.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and follow directions. Physical Demands And Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 250 lbs.Long hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
