- Saturday: 1pm–6pm
- Tuesday: 1pm–6pm
- Thursday: 1pm–6pm
- Friday: 1pm–6pm
About the Role
Join a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine, including:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Medication distribution
Community outings may include movies, shopping, dining, baseball games, bowling, and other activities of interest to individuals.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle
- TB screening and physical upon hire, with TB updates every two years

Qualifications
While not required, candidates with the following qualities are encouraged to apply:
- Interest in CNA, PCA, or HHA type work
