Part-time evening shift: Sunday 5pm-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm. Starting pay $23.25/hour.

About the role

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community outings provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities that interest them, such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, and bowling.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Compassionate personality and desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter
