Description

Heartwood Lodge in Spring Lake, Michigan is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team in a long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Aid residents with mobility, such as transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities as needed.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and health regulations.
• Document care and report concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.
