Schedule

• 6:30am–3:00pm (Days) – Full-Time and Part-Time
• 2:30pm–11:00pm (Evenings) – Full-Time and Part-Time
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents for activities of daily living, therapeutic activity programs, restorative programs, and documentation
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing, and exercising
• Assist residents in and out of bed or wheelchair using proper transfer equipment
• Record vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary
• Maintain organized and fully stocked bedside units
• Change linens, make beds, and keep resident rooms tidy
• Respond to all call lights promptly
• Promote maximum quality of life by maintaining privacy, accommodating individual preferences, encouraging independence, and assisting with facility activities and events
• Maintain continuous communication with team leaders

Requirements

• Strong positive attitude toward customer service
• Genuine interest in geriatric care
• Ability to motivate and maintain relationships with staff and residents
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
