Our healthcare professionals have the opportunity each and every day to make a difference in the lives of older adults that reside in our quaint 43‑bed skilled nursing facility located on Mercer Island, shores of Lake Washington, minutes from Factoria Mall and I‑90, with a 1:8 NAC‑to‑resident ratio and a 5‑star rating.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager; may also take direction from licensed nurses or other supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care (bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.) according to procedures and daily assignments.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner (light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing and personal effects, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, cleaning bathrooms, etc.).
• Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away; notifies supervisor of clothing needs.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding residents.
• May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Pay

Pay range: $21.95 – $29.22 per hour. A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $21.95 – $29.22 per hour, based on job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal/external equity considerations.
