Role Overview

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides nursing, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services under the supervision of the Clinical Manager in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
  • Supporting patient comfort and safety
  • Assisting with respiratory and splinting procedures
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Key Duties

  • Providing patient-centered care that promotes healing and well-being
  • Adhering to safety protocols and healthcare standards
  • Documenting patient information accurately
  • Assisting with patient activities and basic needs

Qualifications And Skills

Required: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License and BLS from American Heart Association

Preferred: At least 6 months experience as a CNA in healthcare or long-term care

Strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
