Role Overview
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides nursing, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services under the supervision of the Clinical Manager in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include
- Delivering direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Supporting patient comfort and safety
- Assisting with respiratory and splinting procedures
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
Key Duties
- Providing patient-centered care that promotes healing and well-being
- Adhering to safety protocols and healthcare standards
- Documenting patient information accurately
- Assisting with patient activities and basic needs
Qualifications And Skills
Required: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License and BLS from American Heart Association
Preferred: At least 6 months experience as a CNA in healthcare or long-term care
Strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
