CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant)
Heart of Georgia Nursing Home, a Skilled Nursing Facility, has full-time and PRN openings for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Aid with activities of daily living, including meal delivery, patient turning, ambulation, and hydration.
- Support patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bedpan assistance, bathing, shampooing, and showering.
- Monitor and record vital signs according to medical protocols.
- Assist nurses and other staff members as needed.
- Comply with professional standards, adhere to policies and procedures, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course.
- Georgia certification required.
- Previous CNA experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
Pay
The pay rate is determined based on years of experience.
Schedule
- Full Time: Days (7:00AM-3:00PM), Afternoon Shift (3:00PM-11:00PM), Nights (11:00PM-7:00AM).
- PRN: All shifts available.
