The posted compensation range of $18.06 - $25.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
- Provides basic nursing care and assists with daily living activities under licensed practitioner direction.
- Performs skilled blood collection, maintains an organized work environment for efficient clinical workflow, and encompasses holistic patient care.
- Transports, collects, receives and prepares biological specimens for all age groups of patients for analysis using procedures consistent with safe work practices and proper laboratory techniques, while maintaining the integrity of the specimens.

- High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies, upon hire and
- Other Must have successfully completed the 75-hour state approved course for Nursing Assistant if hired into the Nursing Assistant position after April 30, 1998., upon hire and
- Certified Nursing Assistant: NE, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred
- Completion of phlebotomy course, upon hire
