Compensation

Between $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state of New Jersey (required).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Compliance with any applicable state regulations and requirements, which take precedence over the job description.
