Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and compassion in Baraboo. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct care, comfort, and support to our residents.

About the role

Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time (Second Shift) — every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
• Complete timely electronic charting and ensure a safe, compliant care environment.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma/GED, basic charting skills, and background check clearance.
• Strong team collaboration skills (long-term care experience preferred, new graduates welcome).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
