Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with ADLs
• Obtaining vital signs on the medical floor
• Assisting patients with ADLs, obtaining vital signs, promoting safety, comfort, and a therapeutic environment for inpatient geriatric psych and adult detox patients

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One to two years nursing assistant experience, LTAC preferred
• Successful completion of certification program for nursing assistants
• Certifications required: CNA Certification, BLS Certification
