CNA/PCA and Caregivers

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide companionship
• Escort clients on errands or appointments
• Aid with personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, and oral care
• Assist with transferring, and walking
• Communicate care information
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Communicate with other caregivers about client status or new service needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Caregiver with a compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build rapport with clients and work well as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check including criminal and motor vehicle checks
• Valid driver's license required for some positions
