CNA Part-Time PM Shift

About the role

Covenant Living, the nation’s sixth‑largest nonprofit senior living provider, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help create joy and peace of mind for residents and their families. Working in a supportive, faith‑based community, team members provide direct care, assist with activities, housekeeping, laundry, and dining services while upholding teamwork, respect, and service.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager; may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner through light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing and personal effects, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away; notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding residents.
• May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.

Requirements

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Pay

Pay Range $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
