CNA - Part-Time - Nights - Eventide Lincoln Care Center- Hospice House

About the Role

Eventide Lincoln is hiring a Part-Time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for the Night shift (10p-6a, 8 hours) with an every other weekend and holiday rotation. The scheduled days are Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence.
• Assists with resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees.
• Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
• Prioritizes assignments, adjusting throughout the shift to meet changing resident, caregiver, and team needs, including responding to call lights.
• Performs work duties within the assigned work environment as directed, regardless of personal preference.
• Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan developed for each resident.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) at all times.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
• Active CNA license in the state of Nebraska required.

Pay

Competitive starting pay range of $18.00–$20.16 per hour for CNAs, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for select positions, paid based on employment status and shift worked.
