CNA - Part-Time - Days - Eventide Lincoln Care Center

About the role

The position is a Part-Time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) working a Day shift from 6a-6p (12 Hours), with every third and holiday rotation. The schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence.
• Aids in senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees.
• Fulfills department protocols for submitting completed documentation.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet the changing needs of seniors/clients, including responding to call lights.
• Performs duties within the assigned work environment as directed by Eventide, regardless of personal preference.
• Maintains the comprehensive care plan/service plan for each individual senior/client.
• Safeguards Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience as an aide or caregiver is preferred.
• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska is required.

Compensation

Eventide offers a competitive starting pay range of $18.00-$20.16 per hour for CNA's, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available for select positions, paid based on employment status and shift worked.
