About the role
Seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home care in Four Oak areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, assistance with transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their residences.
- Deliver direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and prescribed exercises.
- Assist with meals, activities, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Accurately document care using electronic charting and EVV systems.
- Report changes in client condition and adhere to the care plan, always respecting patient confidentiality.
- Maintain dependability, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs and family values.
Qualifications
- Current certification with DFS.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background check, drug test, and TB skin test; no substantial findings on North Carolina’s Nurses Aide Registry.
