Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart resident information in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
• Uphold dignity, respect, and resident choice in daily interactions.

Requirements

• Good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent entity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS certification.

Pay

• Hourly rate: $23.35 – $26.48.
• $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible new hires.
• $3.00 per hour shift incentive added to base pay.
