CNA or HHA Caregiver

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one‑on‑one care to elderly clients, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and people with developmental disabilities.
• Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and homemaking support.
• Monitor client health and safety, notice changes, and report back to the clinical team.
• Teach family members how to support their loved ones effectively.

Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA certification (or eligible to certify).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, nursing, or similar direct‑care healthcare role (CNA, HHA, EMT, hospital patient care, or comparable).
• Current CPR certification.
• Cleared Level 2 background check.
• Smartphone for clocking in/out and client notes.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of in‑home care.
• Updated continuing education hours (CEUs).
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Pay

Starting rate of $16‑$18 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible hours: choose full‑time, part‑time, or contract; you can work 40+ hours if desired. You set your own schedule and pick the cases that fit your availability.
