CNA / Nursing Assistant

About the role

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a LPN, RN or physician.

Affords assistance with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, offers emotional support, maintains a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients, and executes more complex clinical skills under the direction of a RN.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Certified as a Nursing Assistant in Indiana or one year of nursing school preferred
• Willing to float to other units in the hospital and able to adapt to changing workloads
• An excellent team player
• Exemplary customer service skills
• A commitment to high quality work
• Able to maintain confidentiality
