Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care in accordance with facility standards
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Caregiver must be compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to provide consistent, high-quality resident care
