Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNA ) Full-Time & Part-Time - NOC Shift | $21

Make a difference while providing comfort, safety, and compassionate care during the overnight hours. Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC shift team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, and mobility
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Complete accurate documentation according to facility standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide consistent, person-centered care

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to provide a calm, supportive presence during overnight hours
