Responsibilities

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan.
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain current certification by attending and participating in training and educational classes.
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa.
• Professionally enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, self-motivated, and takes initiative in daily work.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
