About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will operate on the front lines ensuring our residents are treated with dignity and respect, providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and charting in the POC system.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care
• Report condition changes to RN or LPN
• Chart in POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
