About the role

Mayflower On Main Assisted Living is seeking a CNA/NA/PCA to join their team. PRN positions are available for 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts, and full-time employees can work on an as-needed basis (EOW).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a warm and family-oriented environment.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Valid Virginia driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
