About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our 5‑star Assisted Living community, you will work with community management to provide personalized care for seniors, give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift, and contribute to a family‑like atmosphere that has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2024 and 2025.

Responsibilities

• Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal‑care needs.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform vital‑sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Participate in entertaining events and gatherings to foster resident connections.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course (Ohio) and current certification.
• Maintain active CNA/STNA certification.
• Ability to work the first shift (6 am – 2 pm) on a full‑time basis.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Pay

Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

Full‑time position, first shift: 6 am – 2 pm. Every other weekend required.
