CNA / Med Tech / PT / 11pm-7am

About the role

Westminster Suncoast is seeking part-time CNA/Med-Techs for the 11pm-7am shift.

Responsibilities

• Must be a CNA with Med Tech Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certificate required.
• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with nursing care procedures and as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other resident needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the resident’s room, including making beds, removing trash, serving meals, and ensuring hygiene.
• Take vital signs and report observations and changes in condition to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control measures in compliance with federal, state, and facility requirements.
• Document in the CNA ECS flow-sheet timely, accurately, and completely.
• Make routine and frequent rounds to ensure safety precautions and equipment are in place and functioning properly.
• Avoid the development of skin problems or skin breakdown by providing timely incontinent care and frequent repositioning of residents needing assistance.
• Assist the Activities Department with activities for the residents.

Requirements

Rates start at $16.60 per hour with shift differential, paid time off (PTO), and 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

Must be a certified CNA with Med Tech certification.

Skills

Knowledge of infection prevention and control measures.
