CNA / LPN Staffing Coordinator

About the role

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team on a FULL TIME basis. The ideal candidate should have prior staffing and scheduling experience, be organized, possess superior communication skills, and be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during every other week call for staffing
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilities to meet staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding staffing and patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• CNA with an active South Carolina Certification or LPN
• Prior staffing and scheduling experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility, compassion, and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active certification as a CNA or LPN in South Carolina

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
