About the role
Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing staff in providing safe, patient-focused care in an on-site healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a hazard-free, clean environment
- Facilitate communication between patients/residents, families, and providers under RN supervision
- Assist with daily activities as delegated
Qualifications
- Successful completion of Caring Reliably, Culinary Training, ServSafe, and Dining Assistance within four months of hire
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Within 30 days of hire: BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience
- At least 6 months of experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant, or personal care attendant in long-term care or hospital settings
