About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with medication management
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising nurse

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of home safety and emergency procedures
• Basic computer skills
