- Maintain at least 12 contact hours of education annually
- Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Interactions with stressful end of life issues

- Knowledge of TEAMS meetings
- Knowledge of EPIC patient software
- Knowledge of telephone protocol and ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Education and Experience
- High School Grad or Equiv
- Experience in the health care field
- Hospice experience preferred
Additional Information
- Hospice Aide training from an approved 75 hour training course and ongoing training
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
- Driver's License (DL)
- Auto Insurance (AL)
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
