About the role

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Martin County. We provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes according to an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs and collect specimens
• Familiarize with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Work closely with healthcare providers to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

• Proven working experience within the home health industry or 1-on-1 care
• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Valid driver's license
• High school degree
