CNA/Home Health Aide: In-Home Care
About the role
The Home Health Aide role at Lifespark is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Lifespark Experience and the Life Care Management model. Duties include assisting with Life Plan, Care Assignment activities, and delegated duties. The role also involves honoring clients' rights, providing excellent customer service, ensuring emergency preparedness, and maintaining safety.
Responsibilities

- Ensure emergency preparedness and safety
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience, CNA certification, or nursing student
- Prefer High School Diploma
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Ability to pass written and skill competency examinations
- Ability to use a smart phone or tablet
- Valid driver's license and car insurance required
- Ability to drive up to 25 miles to client

Pay
$17.00-$23.00 Hourly - Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile
Schedule
Shifts are 4-hours minimum, live-in shifts available
