CNA Home Health Aide (DAY SHIFT)

Sign-on bonus: $500 for Home Health Aide positions.

About the role

30 hours per week, day shift. Must have reliable transportation and flexible daytime availability. This position provides care in homes, apartments, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities: bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care, and feeding.
• Assist with medication management by reminding the client to take medication as needed.
• Support the client with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities.
• Perform household services essential to a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Provide basic emotional and psychological support to the client and other household members.
• Assist the client with transportation to physician visits, clinics, or other appointments.
• Accompany the client on walks and to social functions.
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s abilities, needs, or safety concerns to the agency.
• Document care and activities provided according to agency policy.

Requirements

• CNA certification and license.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
