Description of the Role
$17/Hour plus $2.00 Shift Differential - Full AND Part Time Positions Available!
Responsibilities
- Obtains vital signs, records, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Aids with various personal care tasks
- Affords assistance in recording vital signs and other health-related data
- Shares resident success stories and best practices
- Participates in family conferences
- Creates and maintains resident records
- Performs housekeeping and safety compliance duties
- And more as assigned
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service preferred
- Ability to exert physical force as required
- No communicable diseases
- Drug Free
- Clear Background
