About the role

The primary responsibility is to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes or long-term care facilities. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring patient health.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as prescribed
• Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other daily activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of living spaces
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and empathy

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification
