CNA/HHA Private Homecare

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic CNA/HHA to provide essential one-on-one care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The role involves providing personal care and support to seniors to help them maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document clients' conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation
• Caregiver must have a compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
