As a Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Prepare meals
- Aid with personal hygiene
- Perform light housekeeping
- Teach patients essential self-care skills
- Navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to the nursing team
Qualifications
- Active CNA License
- HHA Certificate of completion from a credited program
- Completion of our Home Health Aide Training Program
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Able to carefully follow instructions and document notes
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
