CNA Full-Time Or Part-Time 3rd Shift

About the role

Oaknoll Retirement Residence is seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to join their nursing care team. Available hours are from 11:00pm- 7:30am. Some holidays and every other weekend will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care and services to seniors while building lasting relationships with residents and staff.
• Create a home-like environment following the community's values of caring, respect, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Candidates must be a certified nurse aide in Iowa, active on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or have the ability to become certified within four months of hire.
• Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a self-managed team environment.
• Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills for interacting with residents, their families, and coworkers.
• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
