CNA - Full-Time Evenings

About the role

The Clare, a luxury residential community in the heart of Chicago, is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service while making a positive impact on residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide emotional support and assist with personal care needs.
• Participate in shift handovers and document resident care plans.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Current, valid Illinois C.N.A. certification.
• At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, or Memory Care facility.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
• May be required to provide vaccination status regarding MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19 vaccines.
