CNA - Full Time
About the role
We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that enhances the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents. Working alongside our experienced nursing team, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to assigned residents
- Absorb and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the licensed nursing staff
- Answer resident call lights promptly and respond to individual care needs
- Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support residents' dignity, independence, and overall well-being at all times
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
